Other Ways To Help Throughout the Year

Have you been wanting to help us, but just don't know how? Here are some other ideas for ways you can take initiative!

• Fill out our year round volunteer form, and include any areas of experience that you think would help a youth outreach nonprofit. Our current committees are Development/Grant Writing/Event Planning, Community Outreach/Marketing/Social Media, Finance, and Board Development. You can also drop us a line, however having your contact information via the above form will help us answer your request more quickly!

• Download our print at home flyers, cut them up, and pass them out!

• Send out our camper application to any potential campers or youth serving organizations that you are connected with.

• Sponsor a camper by raising her tuition money ($375) through a benefit show, jewelry sale, rummage sale, etc.

• Host an at-home viewing of Girls Rock! The Movie for friends and family. Ask for a small donation and donate the proceeds to Rain City Rock Camp for Girls. Talk to us if you'd like to borrow the DVD from our lending library.

• Host a house concert, bake sale, balloon toss, lemonade stand, etc. and raise money for us.

• Live out our mission in your daily lives by lifting up the girls and women in your lives and encouraging them in all of their creative pursuits.

• Local musicians, put some fliers out on your merch tables and give us a shout out from stage.
