Food
We feed volunteers at all of our programming and food donations go along way to helping us cut cost. Maybe you know a restaurant the could provide a discount? Part of a Coop? Check to see if they’d be willing to donate food or a gift card. Like to cook? We’d love to have a meal for our set up or tear down crew. Big Costco shopper? Grab us a few snacks while you’re there.
We can receive nonperishable foods most of the year. And we’d love to receive fresh and/or homemade food during programming weeks and weekends. Please reach out to Mandy if you would like to contribute food. mandypierce@raincityrockcamp.org

Gear
We are looking for well-loved, lightly-used gear in working condition. Our gear library has grown considerably over the years thanks to donors like you! Your donations make our instrument instruction classes, band practices, and showcases possible; maybe the bass you see onstage was once yours! We also have a free gear loan program, open to any current or former RCRC program participant, to support our musicians year-round.
Donation Criteria
Functional
We have limited capacity to restore gear in need of fixing, so we are unable to accept donations that are nonfunctional.
Portable
We can only take gear that is portable and as lightweight as possible. We transport our instruments to program sites, and lighter gear is more comfortable for our roadies and musicians.
